Shipping & Return

Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday tip Friday). You will receive an email as soon as your order was shipped and handed to the carrier.

We keep the right to ship you order in one or multiple parcels from one or multiple warehouses. We keep the right to ship your order from our US warehouse or one of our European warehouses.

Shipping cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and for packaging material and they are never refundable after the order has been sent.

We will send you an email to get all the information we need to file a claim, which can include but is not limited to providing clear and actual photographic images of the products, its damage or fault and/or the car. Only a completed and accepted claim will be given a RMA number. Please understand, we cannot accept any return without permission (RMA number).

For a replacement, merchandise must be returned by the same or comparable service within 14 business days of receipt in the original packaging accompanied with shipping label and the provided RMA number. 

Returned items must not have any signs of use (incl. installation), abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. It may take up to 3 business days to process your return after arrival.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Return costs are not refundable.

A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
